I Must move on

I must move on.
Inspired by Jonathan's Untimely Death

I feel so empty now you're gone

You were such a part of my life and my heart

Right or wrong I needed you too feel complete

But now you're gone to a place much better

I must move on!

Loneliness begins to consumes my heart

Although you were never mine

You could control that ever growing consuming darkness

Even though to me you were just a fantasy

But now you're gone to a place much better

I must move on!

I'm so alone;

It's not your fault

I shouldn't have centered everything on you

I would do anything to have you here, breathing and happy but I can't

I must move on

It's not your fault, I'd never blame you

It's me, lonely and pathetic

But you've moved on to a better place

A place were I want to be

I must move on!

I wish I hadn't made you so important in my life

Because I'm so lost without you

But I'm glad that you've finally found peace

You've moved on to a better place

And so must I.

I must move on!

You will always hold a special place within my heart.
